My experience was very bad, my first attack was in shopping centre, i just ran to the rest room and lock myself, because i didn't know what happened. Later i talked with my family and i decide to go and visit psychiatrist and he helped me a lot. So, don't afraid, just help yourself and everything will be good. Life is short, don't spend it in fear. Relax and enjoy.
